DTDC expands its worldwide footprint by forming joint ventures in Australia and Kuwait. DTDC Courier and Cargo Ltd., India's foremost express courier firm, has entered Australia and Kuwait, expanding its foothold in the APAC and Middle-East areas. The Australian company will be managed equally by DTDC and Fast World Express Pty Ltd, with DTDC controlling 34% of the shares. Kuwait Bayarek General Trading and Contracting Co. W.I.I., the Master franchise, will oversee the Kuwait venture. With this, DTDC's worldwide network expands to 16 nations, serving over 240 foreign sites.
